Business Analyst (interim)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on ensuring Tripleforms function optimally within the IT landscape and simplifying permit applications.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the connection between Tripleforms and the IT landscape as a functional knowledge holder
• Designing new web forms and adjusting existing designs
• Gathering and validating requirements for new permit products and functionalities
• Performing process analyses to make the AS-IS and TO-BE situations clear
• Managing expectations with technical colleagues and the business to create support
• Performing testing activities (FAT, support with UAT and regression) for delivered IT solutions
• Participating in or guiding technical refinement and design sessions
• Preparing functional designs and contributing to improvement initiatives within the chain
• Communicating between technical colleagues and the business
• Completed HBO or WO education
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Tripleform analyst, preferably in complex chain processes
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Experience in testing applications and connections
• Experience in creating impact analyses
• Three years of experience designing technical components and connections
• Experience working according to build instructions
• Two years of experience analyzing information flows and translating them into application adjustments
• Knowledge of permit granting, supervision, and enforcement
• Three years of experience with VTH objects
• Three years of experience setting up and implementing web forms and mapping
• Three years of experience working according to Scrum
