Job description

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between Medical Affairs, Digital, Data, and IT teams, and external partners for a pharmaceutical project. This role involves gathering business needs, modeling processes, defining user stories, and managing the backlog.

After a strategic scoping phase (end-to-end process, governance, roles, expected capabilities), the project is entering the execution phase: Proof of Concept to test the Target Operating Model, structured evaluation of Buy, Make, or Hybrid scenarios, formalization of functional and non-functional requirements, preparation for the selection of the target solution, and then support for its design, integration, and deployment.

The project is organized into four workstreams (Platform & Tools, Data, Process, Value & Engagement); the IT Business Analyst is primarily involved in the Platform stream, in close coordination with the other streams.
