• Create and formally approve project orders according to existing processes and templates
• Create business cases and effort estimates, and develop economic justifications for projects
• Organize, plan, and moderate workshops and coordination meetings
• Work closely with business departments and actively obtain missing information
• Analyze existing processes and identify optimization potential and efficiency improvements
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of requirements management, project initiation, and business case creation
• Experience in coordinating projects and collaborating with various stakeholders
• Analytical and structured way of working with confident handling of administrative project management
• Language skills: German
• Strong communication skills
• High organizational and coordination skills
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
