Responsibilities

Definition and modeling of end-to-end processes as well as

• Performing end-to-end analyses of processes, data flows, systems, and responsibilities in the area of customer, contract, and product management
• Analysis, documentation, prioritization, and optimization of requirements, dependencies, and interfaces along the entire process and data chain
• Identification and evaluation of optimization potentials in data management, system landscape, and business processes
• Derivation of operational impacts and necessary adjustments
• Creation of business cases, effort estimations, and risk analyses for process, data, and system optimizations
• Creation of management presentations and moderation of workshops and decision-making rounds
• Close collaboration with business departments, sales, IT, and other stakeholders
• Support in the implementation of sustainable solutions with a focus on automation, flexibility, and complexity reduction
• Participation as part of the core team of a strategic master data initiative

Requirements

Strategic understanding and conceptual strength

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the financial industry or comparable regulated environments
• Profound understanding of end-to-end processes and data flows in customer, contract, and product management
• Practical experience in analysis, modeling, documentation, and optimization of business processes and data structures
• Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or comparable modeling methods
• High technical affinity and experience in data analysis, data management, and system integration
• Experience in creating business cases, target visions, and strategic decision-making bases
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in complex projects with interdisciplinary and agile teams
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
• Very good German skills (C2)
• Good English skills (B1)
• Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in data management is an advantage
• Experience with AI tools in the business analysis or project environment is an advantage
