• Analysis of existing templates, their functional regulation and dependencies together with the business department and the development teams
• Definition and coordination of the product goal as well as the scope and priorities of the replacement
• Collection, consolidation, and concretization of business requirements for the implementation
• Creation, maintenance, and prioritization of the product backlog, considering benefits, risks, and dependencies
• Description of requirements in the form of epics and requirements, including verifiable acceptance criteria
• Functional clarification of open questions and continuous support of the development team during implementation
• Conducting backlog refinements and participating in sprint planning and sprint reviews
• Coordination of the implementation with business departments, system administrators, and other involved teams
• Functional verification of implementation results against acceptance criteria and coordination of necessary corrections
• Planning and coordination of the phased migration, go-live, and replacement of the previous templates
• Ensuring functional documentation and supporting the handover to operations
• Transparent presentation of implementation progress, risks, and decision needs to project management
