• You analyze, gather, and document functional and non-functional requirements for the further development of digital sales channels and associated backend systems.
• You conduct interviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
• You independently familiarize yourself with business and technical documentation to understand complex applications and assess the impact of changes on processes and systems.
• You analyze existing frontend and backend systems and derive business requirements and optimization potentials from them.
• You create and quality assure business concepts, epics, features, and user stories.
• You support business topics as an Epic Owner or Capability Owner from requirements gathering to implementation in close cooperation with development, architecture, and product and project management.
• You moderate the coordination between business and IT and ensure a structured concretization of requirements.
• You use modern AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects, with at least 3 years in Business Analysis or Requirements Management.
• Experience in the analysis and further development of complex software systems.
• Very good knowledge of Requirements Engineering and the specification of business requirements.
• The ability to understand and classify technical documentation from a business perspective.
• Confident use of Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and moderation skills.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Quick comprehension and high interest in business and technical contexts.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working.
• Teamwork, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
• Assertiveness.
• A certification in Requirements Engineering or an agile certification.
• Experience with digital sales systems, e-commerce, or booking platforms.
• Knowledge in the logistics, mobility, or public transport sector.
• Experience in software development, programming, or technical architecture.
• Experience in using generative AI tools for analysis and documentation.
• Good German language skills, written and spoken (min. C1).
