Business Analyst - Case Management Services - Government - SC Clearance - 6 month contract
I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a busy government department to deliver a digital case management system as part of their ongoing services. You will help connect frontline needs with digital delivery, ensuring the system supports accurate recording, information sharing, and risk management. You will bring structure to ongoing change by clarifying what needs delivering, when, and in what order, so teams can plan and deliver improvements with confidence.
Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates will ideally hold active SC clearance.
The role can be based from various UK locations with an expectation of working hybrid 2 days onsite.

- Experience working as a Business Analyst on digital services or systems, ideally within central government.
- Strong background in strategic analysis and defining work packages and roadmaps.
- Confident in process modelling, including as is and to be mapping.
- Solid requirements engineering skills, including documentation and ongoing maintenance.
- Ability to define and communicate business rules and operational constraints.
- Experience managing and prioritising a backlog in a delivery environment.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across different roles and disciplines.
