Project overview

Within the Future Proof Monitoring and Security (FPBB) program of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, you will contribute to the following activities:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories for IT projects
• Analyzing and describing current and future business processes together with the business architect and process owners
• Contributing to chain analyses together with partners such as the National Police and the LCC
• Analyzing the differences between the current and the intended business organization
• Guiding acceptance tests and validating delivered IT products from the business perspective
• Contributing to policy and decision documents based on process analyses
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst at the interface of business processes and information provision, demonstrable with at least 2 reference projects
• Competency level eCF3 Professional/Middle management
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
• Dutch passport
• Mastery of the Dutch language
• VGB security investigation at level B is a requirement
• Preferred: experience as a business analyst within a central government organization in the security or justice domain
• Preferred: minimum of 3 years of work experience in operational executive organizations in the public sector
• Preferred: knowledge of and affinity with the Monitoring and Security domain or a comparable security domain
• Preferred: experience with user validation and acceptance tests within IT trajectories in government
• Preferred: knowledge of the Novius Architecture Framework
