Analysis and documentation of functional requirements
Modeling of business processes
Creation and prioritization of user stories
Management and maintenance of the backlog
Conducting tests and acceptance activities
Support in resolving complex incidents
Functional support for the planned replacement of the existing legacy system.

Experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Product Owner role according to SAFe
IREB CPRE Foundation Level – Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE-FL), Foundation Level
