- 6 Month Contract
- $920 PD
- Brisbane Based
- Lead workshops to capture and validate requirements across crew planning, rostering and technology teams.
- Translate enterprise agreement provisions into documented business rules and system requirements.
- Assess existing processes and system capabilities, identifying gaps and required changes.
- Develop process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors throughout configuration and implementation.
- Support testing, UAT and implementation readiness.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst on complex system implementation or business change projects.
- Ideally, experience with airline rostering, crew scheduling or crew management systems.
- Experience implementing enterprise agreement rules or complex workforce requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements documentation skills.
- Confident working across operational stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
