Business Analyst
3 Months - Fully Remote (UK Based)

Opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support the definition and delivery of key project and programme initiatives. This role will focus on business capability mapping, process modelling, requirements gathering, governance, and ensuring successful project outcomes across both IT and wider business functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering as a Business Analyst across complex transformation, change, or IT programmes
- Strong capability in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and translating strategic objectives into actionable deliverables
- Experience supporting PMO governance, project definition, benefits realisation, and stakeholder management
- Candidates must come from a directly relevant Business Analysis background and be immediately available to start
Nice to have
- Experience working across regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Exposure to enterprise-wide change initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
- Knowledge of business capability frameworks and operating model design
