We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to support technology, digitalization, and product development projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support technology, digitalization, and product development projects. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers, and QA professionals to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and user expectations.
Your main tasks include requirements analysis and documentation: You will gather and document business, functional, and system requirements, moderate workshops, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. You will create high-quality documentation such as requirements documents and process flows.
In stakeholder communication, you will work closely with various stakeholders to validate requirements and clarify priorities. You will support alignment between business expectations and delivery results and communicate requirements understandably to technical and non-technical audiences.
Throughout the entire project lifecycle, you will support solution delivery by collaborating with development and QA teams, supporting functional validations, and helping to identify dependencies and risks. You will participate in Agile ceremonies and support the successful delivery of product improvements.
Additionally, you will support the planning and execution of user acceptance testing and work with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet requirements. You will conduct gap analyses and identify optimization opportunities.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, is required.
