Project:

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. The focus of this role is on analyzing, optimizing, and automating existing processes, as well as the targeted use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the team. (Reference number: 925253JA)

Responsibilities

– Active participation in daily operations for familiarization and process analysis

– Analysis, modeling, and documentation of existing workflows, as well as identification of manual, recurring, and time-consuming activities

– Development and implementation of suitable automation and AI solutions

– Evaluation of new AI possibilities and integration of suitable solutions into existing processes, systems, and workflows

– Measurement and documentation of achieved efficiency gains and relief, as well as continuous identification of further optimization potential

– Creation and maintenance of functional and technical documentation, as well as ensuring knowledge transfer within the team

Requirements

– Knowledge or practical experience in the ServiceNow environment

– Good knowledge of ITIL and SIAM

– Knowledge in automation and the use of AI

– Willingness to actively engage in and participate in daily operations

– Good analytical skills and enjoyment in understanding and simplifying complex processes, recognizing workflows, and developing concrete improvement suggestions

– Good communication and coordination skills

– Very good German language skills (native speaker level)
