What we offer you

• Within a transformation program, you will design the data migration from the existing fleet management solution into a modern system landscape comprising standard software for vehicle leasing and fleet management, integrated enterprise software, and an ERP system.
• You will develop the data migration strategy and concept, including the procedure model, migration waves, quality, test, and acceptance procedures, as well as cutover planning, and continuously develop them.
• You will analyze source and target systems, data models, and interfaces, and define migration objects, data mappings, transformation rules, and business validation rules.
• You will perform data quality analyses, design data cleansing measures, and document and track the cleansing status.
• You will coordinate migration objects, mapping, and data cleansing with system owners, business departments, and IT teams, and create cross-source system migration planning.
• You will plan, support, and document trial migrations, evaluate their results, and create test concepts, test plans, test protocols, and defect overviews.
• You will design and implement reconciliation procedures for comparing migrated data sets and ensure the business quality of the results from external migration service providers.
• You will identify and evaluate migration-related risks, dependencies, data quality issues, and escalation topics, and derive appropriate measures.
• You will advise on ERP-related migration requirements and interfaces and create documentation for cutover, go-live, and hypercare, including a go-live readiness assessment.
• You will prepare status reports, risk analyses, management documents, and decision proposals.
• You have more than 7 years of experience as a Workstream Lead or Sub-Project Manager in complex data migration programs at a principal level.
• You have led productive data migrations as a Workstream Lead or Sub-Project Manager for Data Migration, each with more than * migrated contracts, assets, or customer objects, and you provide 2 references for this.
• You have experience with migration from at least three source systems within a migration project and provide 1 reference for this.
• You have worked in a business-responsible role, for example, as a Sub-Project Manager or Lead Business Analyst, on the introduction of leasing, fleet, or financing processes, and provide 2 references for this.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1).
• You provide 1 reference for standard software for vehicle leasing or fleet management that integrates contract creation, contract management, billing, and contract end.
• You provide 2 references from data migration projects where you were independently responsible for data quality analyses, data mappings, and transformation rules, as well as reconciliation checks for comparing source and target data.
• You provide 2 references where you independently created test concepts, conducted and evaluated at least two trial migrations, and managed defects for migration errors.
• You provide 2 references for a responsible role in data migration in programs with a total duration of more than 2 years. Your personal involvement in each case included at least two migration waves or releases.
• You have experience in risk, escalation, and quality management at a program or management level and provide 1 reference for this.
• You provide 1 reference for business responsibility towards an external migration service provider. This includes coordinating deliverables and acceptance criteria, monitoring progress against plan and actuals, quality checks and acceptance of results, and escalating deviations.
• You will take on a responsible role in the transformation of a complex fleet management landscape with a direct impact on data quality and migration success.
• You will independently design the migration strategy and implementation, working closely with business departments, system owners, and IT teams.
• You will work in a wave-based program with agile requirement implementation based on features, epics, and user stories.
• You will use a modern project and system environment with tools for project and task management, knowledge management and document collaboration, as well as test and migration environments for the standard software for vehicle leasing and fleet management.
• Service delivery is 100% remote.
