Project overview
Context
Within the core team, the PFA theme team member will have the following missions:
The profile must be able to understand the technical environment and the banking business.
Missions
- Coordinate work with product teams and the IT team of a large banking group
- Define and manage the progress schedule for applications entrusted to them (monitoring applications in the scope whose migration passes through the migrator)
- Coordinate acceptance testing with Data Migration and Certification stakeholders
- Contribute to the analysis of operational anomalies in their application scope
- Monitor applications related to the migrator
- Report progress and points of attention in their scope
- Participate in writing cutover scenarios for their scope
- Assist in establishing the schedule for loading Certifications and the actual cutover for other Central Periphery areas
- Coordination of work with product and IT teams
- Management of the progress schedule for applications under their responsibility
- Coordination of acceptance testing with Data Migration and Certification stakeholders
