• Location: 98% Remote, individual days on-site in Munich (invoicing via travel expenses)
• Hourly rate remote max. 90 Euros
• Analysis and assessment of customer requirements and existing business processes in the GKV environment
• Preparation, moderation, and execution of technical customer workshops
• Consulting clients on process optimization and technical concepts
• Analysis and support of topics in the area of private customer management
• Technical support and guidance of implementation within agile software development processes
• Completed training as a social insurance specialist or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in statutory health insurance (GKV)
• Current and in-depth knowledge in the field of private customer management
• Knowledge in agile software development and ideally experience with the industry software oscare®
• Strong analytical skills, methodical and independent way of working, and a high degree of goal orientation
• Strong communication skills, professional and customer-oriented demeanor, as well as a high degree of teamwork and flexibility
