For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of statutory health insurance (GKV).

Responsibilities

Your know-how:

Contract type: Contract

• Planning, steering, and coordination of complex IT and digitalization projects
• Analysis, structuring, and optimization of business processes in the GKV environment
• Support for the development and implementation of modern platform strategies and IT infrastructures
• Management of software rollouts, especially in the Microsoft 365 environment, and potentially hardware rollouts
• Coordination of measures related to AI, information security, governance, and standardization
• Responsibility for scheduling, resource management, risk management, and quality assurance
• Management of external service providers and coordination with clients, management, and other stakeholders
• Preparation and execution of committee meetings, status reports, and escalation processes
• Support for change management measures during the introduction of new digital tools
• Several years of experience in leading complex IT, transformation, or digitalization projects
• Sound knowledge of established project management methods and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience with business processes of statutory health insurance (GKV), ideally in areas such as benefit determination, policyholder processes, reporting and contribution processes, or billing
• Knowledge of modern IT platforms, platform architectures, and cloud technologies
• Experience in planning and managing larger software rollouts, especially Microsoft 365
• Knowledge in the areas of IT governance, information security, and risk management
• Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and experience in dealing with management committees
• Ideally, experience with oscare® or comparable GKV system landscapes
• Additional experience with AI projects, digital workplace, and hardware rollouts is an advantage
• Very good German (min. comparable to C1)

70% Wuppertal and Teltow, 30% Remote

Beginning of 2027

12 months (with option for extension)
