Business Analyst with SAFe and IPMA Certification

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a project engagement with remote work and on-site days in Frankfurt am Main. The position is limited until the end of 2026 and involves 5 days per week, with 2 days on-site.

In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive requirements analysis in complex IT projects. Your tasks include gathering, analyzing, and specifying functional and non-functional requirements. You will moderate requirements workshops with business departments and IT teams, develop action options for business problems, and create transparency regarding conflicting requirements.

You will conduct reviews, verify requirements quality, and ensure traceability, change control, and versioning throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will use various analysis methods such as user stories, process analysis, and modeling techniques. You will advise the Product Owner on analyses and market assessments and identify optimization potential in business processes.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Project Manager in the development and implementation of enterprise software in complex IT projects. Proven experience from at least 5 projects in the conception and moderation of requirements workshops, as well as from at least 3 projects in the analysis of business processes and IT infrastructure. Certifications PSPO I, Certified SAFe Agilist, and IPMA Level C or higher are required. Fluent German language skills are necessary.
