For a project in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced freelance Business Analyst (m/f/d) starting 01.01.2027 with in-depth knowledge of OSPlus_Credit and solid regulatory experience.
The project is already in the preparatory phase. Therefore, we are looking for a profile that is deeply familiar with both the credit environment and regulatory aspects, and can contribute productively without extensive onboarding.

- Absolutely required: very good knowledge of OSPlus_Credit
- Absolutely required: solid experience with regulatory requirements in the banking environment
- Experience in Business Analysis and in the functional specification of requirements
- Knowledge of MaRisk and relevant EBA Guidelines
- Experience in translating regulatory requirements into functionally implementable requirements
- Coordination with business departments, IT, and other project stakeholders
- Ideally, experience in the environment of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Financial Group)
- Ability to contribute productively from the start of the project without extensive onboarding
