Business Analyst - Payment Transactions Position with our client from the banking industry in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Your knowledge:

• Recording, analyzing, designing, and documenting the functional requirements for the business continuity solution in payment transactions
• Developing functional and implementation concepts at the Epic, Feature, and Story level as a basis for internal IT and the software supplier
• Accompanying change requests throughout the entire lifecycle from inception to successful implementation
• Coordinating interface requirements and data flows between ZKB systems, data adapters, and the software supplier's system
• Coordinating requirements and processes within the epic, the project, and with business departments, IT, BCM, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring functional acceptance, supporting testing, and transferring results into documentation and training materials
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a Business Engineer or in a comparable role, ideally in the payment transactions environment
• Experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, and creation of functional concepts
• Good understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and integration, especially in the context of ISO 20022, CAMT, and MX messages
• Knowledge of agile methods such as SAFe or Scrum, and experience in complex project environments
• Language skills: German and English (fluent)
• High degree of personal responsibility and strong structuring ability
• Strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with various stakeholders
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach
