We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) to support the further development of software applications. The position is advertised with 50% capacity and can be performed almost entirely remotely (1-2 on-site appointments per month possible).
Responsibilities
- Analysis and structuring of business requirements
- Translation of business specifications into actionable requirements for development and testing
- Coordination and alignment with business departments, development and testing teams
- Accompanying requirements throughout the entire lifecycle – from analysis to implementation and acceptance
Requirements
We expect a professional who works independently, quickly familiarizes themselves with complex requirement landscapes, and acts as a reliable link between business departments and technical teams.

- Sound experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Competence in the analysis and structuring of business requirements
- Confident communication with various stakeholders
- Understanding of agile, interdisciplinary development processes

- Experience with the JAST stack advantageous
- Public sector experience advantageous
