• Conducting a complete preliminary analysis of existing ERP and WMS processes as a basis for the migration from NAV to Business Central
• Planning and conducting workshops and process analyses with business departments
• Analysis and validation of existing documentation
• Documentation of processes in Confluence
• Recording process flows including code coverage measurement
• Tracking open points and obtaining business approvals
• Creation of process visualizations in Miro
• Regular status reporting on progress, risks, and obstacles
