For a project in geoinformation systems / rail infrastructure, we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in REST, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Gathering, analyzing, and specifying requirements for the introduction of standard geoinformation software, moderating requirements workshops, creating current state/future state analyses and implementation artifacts such as user stories, Jira tickets, and refinements, as well as coordination with stakeholders, governance, and interfaces.

• Work experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Project Manager in the development and introduction of enterprise software in complex IT projects (Senior > 5 years of experience)
• Experience in the conception and moderation of requirements workshops with business departments, users, and IT to gather and align business and technical requirements (at least 5 references)
• Experience in analyzing business processes and IT infrastructure, as well as in creating current state analyses and future state concepts (at least 3 references)
• Experience in creating implementation and system concepts, as well as in translating requirements into implementation-oriented artifacts such as user stories, Jira tickets, and refinements (at least 4 references)
• Certification in agile product and project management (Professional Scrum Product Owner | / Certified SAFe Agilist and IPMA Level C (or higher))
• Experience in defining, evaluating, and documenting interfaces, data flows, and system integrations, for example REST, ERP systems, or external systems (at least 5 references)
• Project experience in the environment of railway transport or mobility companies (at least 2 references)
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) including backlog management and working with Jira and Confluence (at least 5 references)
• Experience in designing governance, compliance, and operational processes in regulated IT environments, for example Power Platform Governance or GDPR (at least 2 references)
• Experience in stakeholder and user communication, including creating business and technical documentation and conducting user training (at least 4 references)
