As a Business Analyst within the Product team, you will act as the liaison between business, design (UX/UI), and technical teams to define needs and integrate digital accessibility requirements (RGAA) from the design phase.

Within the Product team, you will ensure the liaison between business, design (UX/UI), and technical teams to define needs and integrate digital accessibility requirements (RGAA) from the design phase.
Main Activities
Profile
- Specifications & User Stories: Write detailed functional specifications and User Stories integrating RGAA criteria, co-designing user journeys with UX/UI designers (accessibility by design).
- Testing & Quality: Validate the conformity of developments against specifications and UX/UI mockups (contrasts, HTML structure, keyboard navigation, screen readers).
- Support: Raise awareness and guide UX/UI designers and developers on inclusive design best practices.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with excellent command of writing functional specifications and a strong UX/UI sensitivity.
- Solid knowledge of RGAA v4 / WCAG and accessibility testing tools.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear design journeys and specifications in an Agile methodology.
