Responsibilities

• Elicitation, analysis, and clarification of business requirements in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Creation of understandable and meaningful requirement documentation
• Specification, structuring, modeling, and visualization of requirements
• Ensuring the completeness, consistency, clarity, and measurability of requirements
• Continuous coordination with business departments, Product Owner, and agile development team
• Supporting the Product Owner as Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner
• Performing quality assurance measures as well as documentation and requirements management with Jira and Confluence

• Several years of experience in requirements management as well as experience with agile methods
• Sound experience with SAP IS-U
• Many years of experience in the energy supply industry
• Very good knowledge of the change processes GPKE, GeLi Gas, and WiM, including Lieferantenwechsel24h
• Experience with registrations and de-registrations, start of supply, deadlines, format specifications such as UTILMD, and exception management
• Knowledge of master data changes, especially market locations, metering points, and contract data
• Experience with data exchange and market communication with network operators and metering point operators
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, and ideally as a Product Owner or Proxy PO
• Very good German language skills as well as an analytical, structured, and quality-oriented way of working
• Willingness to be on-site approximately 2 days per week; a higher proportion of home office is possible after consultation
