Business Analyst Supply Chain Finance

Project overview

Business Analyst role within the business and IT development program for the Supply Chain Finance product line (Corporate & Commodities).

Mission focused on design, configuration/support, and testing, with strong interaction with business and IT teams.

CONTEXT

MISSIONS

◦ Participate in and lead design workshops

◦ Write scoping and design documents

◦ Understand end-to-end business processes and translate them into detailed specifications

◦ Work closely with managers and end-users to determine the best solution

◦ Ensure functional relations with software vendors where applicable and with the various IT departments of the value chain (Finance, Risks, Reference Data)

◦ Assist developers and back/front offices in configuring the software

◦ Train key users

◦ Prepare the application for maintenance handover

◦ Write test cases and expected results

◦ Execute validation testing phases and coordinate User Acceptance Tests

◦ End-to-end monitoring of operations in the systems
