Job description
Analyze and refine business requirements with stakeholders and development teams, create roadmaps, and prepare decision-making documents for management committees within an agile SWIFT environment.
Project overview
+ Analysis and specification of business requirements with business units and stakeholders
+ Technical elaboration of requirements and effort estimations with development teams
+ Alignment of new requirements with existing projects and initiatives
+ Creation of roadmaps and identification of dependencies and impacts
+ Preparation of decision-making bases for management committees
+ Maintenance and structuring of requirements in Jira and Confluence within agile processes
Requirements
+ Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in the SWIFT environment
+ Very good knowledge of SWIFT MT, ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 (MX)
+ Experience with SWIFTNet, RMA and SWIFT CSP
+ Knowledge of API-based integration and interface solutions
+ Experience in agile projects (Scrum/Kanban)
+ Knowledge of ESMIG, T2/T2S and Bundesbank connections
+ Understanding of market infrastructures in securities and payment transactions
+ Experience in operating business-critical financial market applications
+ German and English
