Project overview

For a client in the insurance industry in Berlin, I am looking for an external Business Analyst to take over the digitalization and functional optimization of input channels and input management processes, and to manage the interface between the business department and IT.

5 months, with option for extension

5 days/week, 40 hours/week

Hybrid, on-site every two weeks in Berlin

Language: German and English C1 level

Activities:

? Analysis of existing input channels and associated processes

? Identification of digitalization potentials and functional areas requiring action

? Collection and coordination of requirements with involved business departments

? Documentation of functional requirements and target processes

? Support of implementation together with IT

Skills:

? Sound experience in process analysis and structured requirements gathering with business departments

? Demonstrable practice in documentation, coordination, and specification of complex requirements at the IT interface

? Several years of experience in capturing, classifying, extracting, and processing incoming documents

? Experience in supporting and automating input channels from as-is analysis to implementation

? Translation of functional needs into IT requirements

? Very good German and English skills
