The assignment concerns a warm seat within a chain focused on infectious diseases and medical personal data.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Analyzing and mapping data sources and data flows within the entire chain of systems and processes related to infectious diseases and medical personal data
- Gathering, validating, and feeding back requirements to various stakeholders regarding changes in processes, procedures, and information systems
- Inventorying and analyzing business processes and associated information needs to arrive at a suitable information structure
- Formulating improvement proposals for existing IT processes and solutions
- Explaining information requirements to the process owner and other stakeholders, including the project team
- Testing and validating information requirements for quality with the process owner
- Supporting the creation of PIA's and with AVG and privacy considerations
- Completed education at HBO+ level
- Certification in the field of architecture, such as TOGAF or Archimate
- Knowledge of national frameworks such as NORA and BIR/BIO in relation to AVG
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML
- Knowledge of BIZZdesign
- Practical experience within complex IT organizations
- Experience within the National Government
