Business Analyst with Insurance Domain
Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
Develop BRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities and business efficiencies.
Project Delivery
Manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
Track dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Ensure effective governance, scope control, and delivery execution.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Drive decision-making, alignment, and communications.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Delivery Leadership
Own successful end-to-end project outcomes.
Support testing, business readiness, implementation, and adoption.
Focus on measurable business value and operational improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience operating in a hybrid BA/PM capacity.
Strong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledge.
Experience delivering complex transformation program.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
Ability to produce:
BRDs and Functional Specifications
User Stories and Process Maps
Project Plans and RAID Logs
Executive Status Reports
