Project overview
Amass Technology are looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading project in Zurich, Switzerland to replace its existing grant management system with a modern web application.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements engineering activities in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Plan and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements clarification sessions.
Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
Act as a trusted partner to the customer, proactively identifying requirements, resolving ambiguities, and supporting effective decision-making.
Work independently to understand the project context, identify priorities, and drive requirements activities forward.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in requirements engineering, including established methodologies and best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Fluent German, both written and spoken.
Must be based in Switzerland.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.
Ability to quickly understand business processes, project objectives, and technical environments.
