• Elicitation, analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements, framework conditions, and specific characteristics of business areas in the context of network rollout.
• Conducting and moderating requirements and analysis workshops with business departments, program organization, and other stakeholders.
• Analysis of existing location, performance, and usage situations, considering location-specific framework conditions, existing services, relocations, as well as organizational and infrastructural changes.
• Description and documentation of as-is and to-be states, including derivation of business requirements and implementation needs.
• Conducting business process analyses as well as identification, evaluation, and documentation of optimization potentials and action options.
• Analysis of business problems, conflicting goals, and dependencies, as well as development and documentation of business solution approaches and recommendations.
• Application of suitable methods for requirements analysis and modeling to structure, evaluate, and qualify business requirements.
• Creating transparency regarding conflicting requirements, dependencies, and decision needs, as well as moderating business solution finding processes.
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensible requirements documentation, including versioning, change history, and business alignment throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Conducting quality checks regarding completeness, consistency, traceability, and unambiguity of business requirements.
• Analysis and documentation of roles, responsibilities, contact structures, and billing matters in the respective location and rollout context.
• Creation, evaluation, and documentation of business decision bases, status analyses, evaluations, and action recommendations.
• Identification, documentation, and evaluation of risks, open points, goal conflicts, and deviations from defined rollout specifications.
• Conducting business alignments to evaluate individual location requirements and possible solution variants.
• Analysis of the impact of planned changes on business processes, organizational units, and service relationships.
• Maintenance and structuring of business results in the designated knowledge management, roadmap, backlog, or documentation systems.
• Business evaluation of the conformity of requirements with the target state, project goals, governance requirements, and defined framework conditions.
• Conducting feedback and review cycles for continuous quality assurance and further development of business requirements and artifacts.

Your Qualifications

• (Must) 5 years of experience in requirements engineering, including elicitation, analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements, as well as maintenance and prioritization of requirement artifacts.
• (Must) 5 years of experience in conducting workshop moderation in requirements and solution management.
• (Must) 5 years of experience in the analysis, structuring, and documentation of business and technical requirements using established requirements engineering methods.
• (Must) Reference experience in rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
• (Must) Experience in interface management between business departments and implementation teams from 2 projects.
• (Should) Experience in applying AI-supported methods for project support from 2 projects.
• (Should) 5 years of experience in the analysis, modeling, and documentation of business processes, including as-is analysis, target states, weakness analysis, and derivation of business optimization measures.
• (Should) 5 years of experience in projects with agile working methods, especially Scrum, including the use of agile roles, events, and artifacts in interdisciplinary teams.
• (Should) Experience in corporate groups or comparably complex organizational structures, preferably in the transport, logistics, infrastructure, or IT services environment from 2 projects.
• (Should) Experience in creating business evaluations, status reports, or management documents to support project steering, decision-making, and progress control from 3 projects.
• (Should) 5 years of experience in stakeholder management in project and program initiatives.
