Job description
Seeking a part-time Business Analyst for a remote project focused on requirements analysis and agile product management. The role requires extensive experience in business analysis, workshop facilitation, and agile certifications.
Project overview
- Recording, analyzing, and describing requirements and their AS-IS / TO-BE states (conception)
- Moderating and evaluating requirements workshops using creative methods
- Gathering, consolidating, analyzing, and specifying functional / non-functional requirements
- Analyzing business problems and developing options for action, including strategic assessment and recommendation
- Applying various requirements analysis methods (e.g., User Stories, process analysis, modeling techniques, evaluation methods, possibly AI)
- Creating transparency about and clarifying conflicting requirements, and achieving an interdisciplinary solution approach with all stakeholders
- Conducting reviews and verifying and validating requirement quality (traceability, completeness, consistency)
- Traceability, change control, versioning, and functional coordination of requirements throughout the entire lifecycle
- Functional maintenance and integration of requirements/results into knowledge management or roadmap/backlog systems
- Functional consulting to ensure requirements conform to the IT target image, IT strategy, regulatory requirements, and project status
- Synchronization and coordination for more complex project structures, as well as feedback loops for continuous requirement improvement
- Functional consulting for the Product Owner on analyses and market assessments of requirements
