Project focus
Our client is looking for a business-focused architect to shape and manage the business capability landscape for a large enterprise programme. You will define and structure business capabilities, build out the capability hierarchy and its governance, and use it to link business strategy to operating model, processes and technology. This is a business architecture role rather than a technical enterprise architecture position.

- Proven hands-on business capability modelling: defining capabilities from scratch and owning the model
- Building multi-level capability hierarchies and the governance frameworks that keep them maintained
- Hands-on LeanIX experience (strongly preferred)
- Background in large, complex enterprise organisations
- Translating business strategy into operating model, process and technology implications
- Capability assessments, gap analysis and dependency mapping
- Confident stakeholder management and workshop facilitation at senior level
- Signavio experience is a plus
