Language Requirements

• Recording and structuring business requirements in the KYC context
• Evaluating the reusability of existing functions of the Pega KYC module
• Performing gap analyses and deriving configuration, extension, or new development needs
• Ensuring the "reuse before build" principle
• Translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and business concepts
• Moderating workshops and coordination meetings between business departments, architecture, and development
• Accompanying business tests, acceptances, and documenting the results
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience as a Pega Business Architect
• Very good knowledge of the Pega KYC module
• Experience with business conception, requirements analysis, and Pega Case Management
• Sound experience in agile methodologies
• Knowledge of KYC, onboarding, compliance, or regulatory processes
• Pega certification desirable, preferably Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)
• Strong communication and mediation skills
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in moderating workshops
• Independent, meticulous, and reliable way of working
• German: Fluent
