Business Change Lead - Financial Services | Inside IR35 Contract
We're looking for an experienced Business Change Lead to join a major financial services organisation on a large-scale transformation programme. This is a hands-on role focused on the people and organisational impact of change, rather than project or programme management.
Responsibilities
Key Skills:
- Lead business change strategies across complex transformation programmes
- Assess the impact of change across people, processes and technology
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and training
- Lead business readiness, go-live planning and transition into BAU
- Identify and mitigate change risks, managing resistance and securing stakeholder buy-in
- Support team development and contribute to business change best practice
- Strong experience leading business change and organisational transformation
- Experience within financial services regulation, ideally with a regulator or regulatory change programme
- Proven ability to lead change workstreams and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience across business readiness, adoption, communications and training
- Understanding of technology-enabled change across complex organisations
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall environments

London, minimum 50% in office
Initial 14-15 months, with potential extension

This is specifically a Business Change Lead opportunity, not a Project or Programme Manager role. Candidates must have hands-on experience leading the people side of organisational change.
