About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to lead the people and organisational aspects of complex transformation programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies, managing stakeholder engagement, assessing business impacts and ensuring changes are successfully adopted and Embedded across the organisation.
This is a hands-on Business Change role, rather than a traditional Project or Programme Management position.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant experience as a Business Change Manager, Business Change Lead or Organisational Change Specialist.
- Strong experience delivering complex business and organisational transformation.
- Proven experience managing change across people, processes, technology, culture and behaviours.
- Experience developing change strategies, change impact assessments and business readiness plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and senior influencing skills.
- Experience in communications, training, change adoption and resistance management.
- Proven experience leading teams through complex transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, change risk assessment and mitigation.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial Services regulatory experience or other regulatory change experience
- Experience working in Agile/hybrid delivery environments
