Business Developer Representative (DRWN)
Job title – Business Development Representative
Client Location – Germany
Remote work offering – 100%
Contract Length – 12 months
Contract type – Fixed Term Employment
We’re looking for driven, results-oriented Business Developers to support a European marketplace growth initiative, focused on expanding seller acquisition in Germany.
You’ll identify and engage new sellers, generate qualified leads and help grow cross-border product supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email and other outbound channels.
- Identify and engage high potential sellers across European markets.
- Qualify prospects against defined business criteria and generate sales-qualified leads.
- Build and manage your pipeline, meeting lead generation and acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to hand over qualified sellers for onboarding and activation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track performance.

Nelly Ngcobo
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development, outbound sales, lead generation or merchant acquisition.
- Confident cold-calling and prospecting skills, with a strong hunter mentality.
- Experience working towards measurable sales targets.
- Fluent German and strong communication skills in English.
- E-commerce / marketplace experience is advantageous.
