This is how you take on the challenge

The SAP migration requires not only technical realization but also strong control on the business side of the migration. As Lead Business Delivery, you ensure that business consultants, migration leads, and analysts collaborate effectively and work together towards a successful outcome.

You bring structure to the activities, monitor progress, and encourage ownership within the team. You are aware of dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure that agreements are met. You work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, RTEs, and other stakeholders within the program.

In addition to your role within the SAP migration, you actively contribute to the portfolio management of the chain. The Product Manager takes the lead; you support the portfolio process with documentation and reporting, progress monitoring, and the preparation and execution of the budget process.

Furthermore, you are an important discussion partner for stakeholders. You ensure clear expectations, transparent communication, and good alignment between business and IT activities. This creates an integrated view of progress and allows bottlenecks to be resolved promptly.

Job requirements

HBO or WO work and thinking level.

Minimum 5 years of experience in complex change, implementation, or migration programs.

Experience in managing or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Experience with stakeholder management at various organizational levels.

Affinity with Agile working and collaboration with development teams.

Experience with planning, progress monitoring, and risk management.

Knowledge and experience in the energy sector is a plus

Knowledge and experience with SAP migration is a plus
