We’re

in search of an Business Analyst with strong SQL, data analysis,

and data modeling skills to extract insights, optimize data processes, and

develop BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Korean or

other additional language skills are preferred, with a strong analytical

mindset and process improvement experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

Able

to extract valuable insights and create informative dashboards, reports, and

presentations tailored for different levels of management by utilizing advanced

data analysis tools and visualization software such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsible

for gathering and organizing data from various sources, including both internal

and external databases.

Optimize

existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.

Monitor

key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential business metrics to track

progress and identify areas for improvement.

Conducts

thorough analyses of the company's current performance, market trends, and

industry benchmarks.

Provide

valuable inputs for strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Offer

insightful recommendations for potential business opportunities and cost-saving

measures, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and efficient.

Facilitate

seamless coordination and alignment among different departments by fostering

strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.

Identifying

areas where business operations can be improved by leveraging their expertise

in data analytics and process optimization.

Propose

innovative solutions and implement appropriate tools and systems to enhance

productivity and streamline reporting procedures.

Extract and mine data from internal databases, SQL servers, and big data

platforms.

Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and data processes.

Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for operational

improvement.

Support operational optimization through data-driven insights and

Develop BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and potentially

HTML-based reporting.

Perform day-to-day data management activities.

Collaborate with the Big Data team on data platforms and analytical processes.

Support the development and improvement of business intelligence processes.

Key

A

reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position

is $32 to $36/hour

Requirements

2+

years of experience in business analysis, data modeling/analysis, or a similar

role.

Bachelor’s

degree Data Analytics, Statistics, CS, BA, or related field.

Necessary

Knowledge/Skills

Proficiency

in data analysis tools and software for dashboard development (such as Power

BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel) is essential.

Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and

presentation abilities, are crucial for success in this position. Attention to

detail and high organizational skills are equally important.

Analytical

Familiarity
