Position and missions

As a Transition Manager for Management Control, you will be involved in a support mission to assist the Management Control team during a period of high activity marked by budget work and the evolution of the financial organization. You will provide immediate operational support to the team to secure financial deadlines while participating in the production of analyses and indicators necessary for performance management. Your missions will be as follows:

Graduated from higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Management (Master's degree level):

• Recognized company operating in the service sector.
• Transition mission combining operational support and business partnering
• Actively participate in budget work and reforecast exercises;
• Provide operational support to the Management Control team to secure financial deadlines in a context of high activity;
• Produce reporting and analyses necessary for business management;
• Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals and contribute to identifying performance levers;
• Support operational departments in monitoring their business and understanding financial indicators;
• Act as a Business Partner to the Financial Department and General Management by contributing to decision-making.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in financial roles in management control;
• Pragmatic and results-oriented, you are capable of quickly taking charge of an environment, producing quality deliverables within short deadlines, and providing immediate support to teams.
