Work Environment

• Analyze and map front-to-back business processes for Custody and Fund Administration activities.
• Collect and formalize existing processes (stakeholders, flows, tools, controls, interactions).
• Identify key control points, operational risks, and potential gaps in current systems.
• Conduct impact analyses and propose remediation plans in case of failure or degraded mode.
• Lead workshops with business, operational, and management teams.
• Produce scoping deliverables, summaries, minutes, and recommendations.
• Present conclusions and action plans to project governance bodies.
• Excellent knowledge of Pre-Trade and Post-Trade chains.
• Expertise in Custody / Asset Servicing.
• Good command of Fund Administration activities (VL, NAV, reporting).
• Knowledge of Fund Distribution activities.
• Understanding of issues related to Private Equity.
• Knowledge of the functional architecture of front-to-back financial systems.
• Master's degree (Finance, Business School, Engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Servicing, Custodian Banking, or Asset Management.
• Significant experience in business ownership, business transformation, or functional architecture.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• High autonomy.
• Critical thinking and ability to challenge existing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with business and IT teams.
• Strong writing skills and synthesis ability.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
