• Analysis and optimization of business processes in the logistics and warehouse environment
• Consulting departments in the SAP EWM context
• Conducting and moderating process and requirements workshops
• Support in defining business requirements, business cases, and user stories
• Coaching departments in testing activities and system validations
• Evaluation of SAP EWM processes and derivation of concrete improvement measures
• Creation of process documentation and training materials
• Ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer
• Collaboration with international project teams and stakeholders
• Several years of professional experience as a Business Process Consultant, SAP EWM Consultant, or Business Analyst
• Very good knowledge of business processes in warehouse logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management
• Sound experience in the SAP EWM environment
• Demonstrable experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes
• Experience in requirements engineering and requirements management
• Routine in creating user stories and business cases
• Experience in moderating workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Experience in test management and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Confident use of SAP Solution Manager and experience with Jira
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
