We are looking for: Business / System Analyst (Insurance)
General info:
- Location: remote (or hybrid in Warsaw if preferred)
- Start: ASAP
- General info: contract, full-time
- Rate: 110-140 PLN/h
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map insurance products between systems in close cooperation with the business
- Gather requirements from business teams and agree on data mapping rules
- Analyze data structures and verify data accuracy using SQL queries
- Work with the development and testing teams at every stage of implementing changes
Requirements

- Knowledge of group / employee insurance is a plus
- Hands-on SQL skills (writing queries and analyzing data on your own)
- Experience in migration or implementation projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ease in building relationships with business stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
