Business Transformation Consultant – IT Service Processes

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Consultant with a focus on IT Service Processes for a project in the area of IT Governance and Compliance.

In this role, you will advise organizations on the implementation of regulatory requirements in the IT environment. You will analyze and evaluate existing IT service processes with regard to critical infrastructure and security requirements. A focus will be on supporting the implementation and further development of business continuity management structures as well as compliance with information security standards.

The project runs for 5 months with an option for extension. The position is full-time and can be performed remotely or on-site.

Start date: November 2026

• Consulting on compliance with regulatory requirements (KRITIS, BSI-Grundschutz, ISO 27001)
• Analysis and optimization of IT service management processes
• Support in certification and audit procedures
• Consulting on industry-specific requirements, especially in the healthcare sector
• Perfect German language skills and good English language skills
• Expert knowledge in German compliance requirements (KRITIS, BSI-Grundschutz, ISO 27001)
• Profound experience in Business Continuity Management and IT Service Management
• Industry experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in statutory health insurance
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in digital healthcare
