You will be responsible for creating, editing, and updating technical plans for all civil engineering and infrastructure measures.

For a long-term infrastructure project in the vicinity of the LNG terminal in Brunsbüttel, we are seeking an experienced CAD Technician (m/f/d) with a focus on civil engineering and infrastructure.
You will support the project team by independently creating, editing, and updating technical plan documents for all civil engineering and infrastructure measures. You will work closely with site management, civil engineering, and the executing companies.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual who can independently and efficiently process planning tasks and is capable of promptly implementing short-term plan changes and new technical requirements into high-quality drawings.
Responsibilities
Creation and editing of design, permit, and execution plans for civil engineering and infrastructure measures
Preparation and revision of site plans, sections, detail drawings, and technical overview plans
Creation of drawings for earthworks, drainage, traffic areas, and utility lines
Incorporation of technical changes and adjustments into existing plan documents
Maintenance, updating, and revision of all plan documents throughout the project
Checking and implementation of technical specifications from engineering, site management, and project management
Preparation of quantity surveys as a basis for tenders and construction execution
Coordination of planning content with involved departments and external engineering firms
Ensuring complete, structured, and traceable planning documentation
Independent and timely processing of short-term plan changes and technical adjustments
Requirements
Completed training as a CAD Technician, Technical Drafter, or Construction Technician (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on civil engineering
Several years of professional experience in creating civil engineering and infrastructure plans
Sound knowledge in civil engineering, particularly earthworks, drainage, traffic areas, and utility lines
Proficient use of CAD software, ideally AutoCAD or comparable systems
Experience in creating and editing design, permit, and execution plans
Knowledge of technical regulations and planning standards
Experience with plan revisions, change management, and technical documentation
Independent, meticulous, and structured way of working
Ability to independently translate technical specifications into precise and construction-ready drawings
Communication skills and team orientation in coordination with engineering and construction site
Advantageous:
Experience in industrial, plant construction, or energy infrastructure projects
Knowledge of Civil-3D or comparable 3D CAD applications
Experience with BIM-supported planning processes
