Carve-Out Manager IT

Responsibilities

Analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems, applications, and IT infrastructures

Management and coordination of complex IT carve-out projects, including the migration of systems and infrastructures

Management of external service providers and coordination of involved stakeholders

Communication of complex IT issues to non-technical contacts

Monitoring of project progress, deadlines, dependencies, and project-specific risks

Creation of status reports, decision proposals, and recommendations for management

Requirements

Experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally in the area of carve-out or IT migration

Sound knowledge of IT applications, system migrations, and IT infrastructures

Experience in managing external service providers and in stakeholder management

Strong communication skills in dealing with technical and non-technical contacts

Experience in risk management

Understanding of economic contexts and project controlling

Experience in the healthcare sector
