Administer and secure file transfer flows (MFT) at the heart of international banking infrastructures

As part of the urgent reinforcement of the Middleware & File Transfer engineering and operations teams of a major banking group, we are looking for an MFT / Axway CFT & Secure Transport Engineer. Within an international environment, in daily contact with teams based in India, your role will be crucial and strategic: you will ensure the administration, configuration, security, and N2/N3 support of sensitive file transfer platforms (Axway CFT, Secure Transport, Gateway, Sentinel) carrying the group's inter-application and partner flows.

Your Future Environment

You will work at the Guyancourt (78) or Gradignan (33) site, within the division responsible for critical data transfer gateways. In direct contact with application teams, network/security experts, and offshore teams in India, you will work in a distributed, multi-OS (Linux, Unix, AIX, Windows) and hybrid environment (integrating Cloud S3 storage). This is the ideal setting to deploy your expertise on the Axway suite, automate banking flow management, and ensure high availability of exchanges.

Your Key Missions

Administration, Configuration & Security of Flows (BUILD & MIDDLEWARE Mode):

N2-N3 Support, Incident Resolution & MCO (RUN & INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT Mode):

• Ensure the configuration, integration, administration, and management of Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport (ST), Axway Gateway, and Sentinel platforms.
• Define, configure, and secure inter-application and partner data transfer flows via secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS).
• Manage the lifecycle of digital certificates (SSL/TLS) and apply data encryption mechanisms applicable to sensitive banking flows.
• Automate operations and flow management using advanced scripts (Shell, Python, Perl).
• Support the integration of MFT flows into Cloud storage environments (Amazon S3).
• Provide operational support and N2/N3 technical expertise on Axway Secure Transport and CFT platforms (on Linux, AIX, Windows environments).
• Identify, diagnose, and quickly resolve infrastructure failures (system outages) and complex flow incidents.
• Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of network and interconnection protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SFTP).
• Collaborate daily with engineering and support teams based in India (fluent English essential).
• Write and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, software engineering, networks & systems, or infrastructure.
• Experience: You have solid and confirmed experience of at least 6 years with Axway file transfer technologies (CFT, Secure Transport) in a large corporate banking or financial environment.
• Imperative MFT & System Technical Expertise:
• In-depth mastery of the Axway suite: CFT, Secure Transport (ST), Gateway, Sentinel.
• Strong skills in Unix/Linux system administration: Linux (RedHat), UNIX (Solaris, AIX), and Windows Server.
• Expertise in managing SSL/TLS certificates, data encryption, and SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, TCP/IP protocols.
• Automation and scripting skills: Shell, Python, Perl.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS S3) and middleware flow monitoring.
• Behavioral Skills & Languages:
• Fluent English essential (daily written and oral practice with teams in India).
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational rigor, and a keen sense of customer service.
