Job description

Seeking an experienced change manager and process facilitator to lead integral process improvements for a post-processing department in the Amsterdam region. The role involves both short-term practical improvements and long-term sustainable solutions.

Project overview

Organization

You will work for a public execution organization in the Amsterdam region. The assignment will be carried out in close collaboration with the involved parts of the post-processing, employees, process owners, and chain partners.

Change Director Integral Process Improvement

As Change Director Integral Process Improvement, you will guide the professionalization and sustainable anchoring of the post-processing. You will connect process content, change management guidance, and implementation, and shape the approach together with involved employees, process owners, and chain partners.

The assignment follows a phased approach. In the short term, you will guide improvements that require little or no direct financial costs and are relatively quick to organize. This includes separating mail streams, extending the processing deadline, and, where feasible, simplifying manual handling in submission and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Simultaneously, as Change Director Integral Process Improvement, you will work on support, collaboration, training, clear responsibilities, and sustainable embedding. You will guide the participatory design, decision-making, and implementation of the working method and ensure agreements on ownership, management, evaluation, and adjustment.
