Assignment description

Guides the transition of individual organizational interests to shared ownership for the entire migration chain

Makes roles, collaboration, consultation, and decision-making rhythms concrete and workable

Sets up interventions that strengthen collaboration, feedback, escalation, and joint decision-making between D&D, DWO, TTO, and the involved delivery teams

Supports managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams in applying new roles, responsibilities, and working methods

Background of assignment

To complete the data migration from TERAdata to Azure (cloud) by the end of the year

Requirements

Only offer Dutch-language CVs and candidates must speak Dutch perfectly.

Assignment is less suitable for ZZP'ers (freelancers) due to DBA law

More than 5 years as a change lead in complex organizational and behavioral change

Demonstrable experience in improving collaboration between teams with different interests, cultures, and responsibilities

Experience with transitions to cross-functional teams or task forces under time pressure (5 years)

Experience with stakeholder analysis, change strategy, communication, and adoption

Experience facilitating workshops

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).

The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client.

We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account.

This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad.

You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities.

If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter.

In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
